Salicornia is a limited-edition, organic manzanilla en rama from Bodegas Barbadillo, crafted entirely from scratch in the iconic Arboledilla winery in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Aged in just 100 barrels oriented toward the sea breeze, it’s a saline, lightly bitter, and complex wine that preserves its full aromatic character through minimal filtration. Made from Palomino Fino grapes grown in certified organic vineyards, Salicornia reflects over two centuries of winemaking tradition with a renewed commitment to the environment. Part of Barbadillo’s "Cielo, Tierra y Mar" range, only 3,500 bottles of this unique manzanilla will be released.
